Across healthcare, HR operations, enterprise AI, and community leadership, my focus has remained constant: understanding what people need, simplifying complex systems, and translating strategic ideas into measurable outcomes.

My foundation is in healthcare operations. Over seven years at Legacy Community Health, I advanced into HR operations and systems leadership, collaborating with clinical teams, IT, vendors, and executive partners to optimize cross-functional workflows. I spearheaded the implementation of core human capital management systems, architected key process automations, and led cross-system integrations that reduced ServiceNow response times by 45%. That experience reinforced that technology generates the greatest value when seamlessly integrated with the people and processes it is designed to support.

At IBM, I applied this approach to enterprise AI transformation. I engaged sales stakeholders to identify critical leadership coaching gaps, designed four decision intelligence AI agents, and established an implementation roadmap—modeling a 12% increase in pipeline quota attainment and an estimated $68 million annual revenue opportunity. What drives me most is connecting emerging technology directly to high-stakes business decisions.

I am currently a 2027 MBA candidate at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, where I served as a First-Year Representative and a Board Fellow with The Women’s Home. I am also actively involved with the Junior League of Houston.
