AI transformation / business operations / practical execution

From AI use case to operating system.

I turn stakeholder needs into decision tools, roadmaps, and repeatable processes.

My work combines hands-on AI design with seven years of HR operations experience, from stakeholder discovery and implementation planning to reporting and process adoption.

Enterprise AI transformation for sales

Sales Performance Advisor is one of four AI decision intelligence agent use cases I designed at IBM. The interactive demo recreates this one use case with fictional sellers and synthetic data.

IBM · Summer 2026. Interviewed more than 20 sales leaders and sellers to identify friction in sales workflows and management decision making. Designed four AI agents for sales and workforce operations using Microsoft Copilot and IBM watsonx Orchestrate, while evaluating capabilities across Microsoft, IBM, and Valence platforms.

  • Translated stakeholder input into prioritized use cases, business cases, and future-state operating models.
  • Worked across Sales, HR, and AI organizations to assess feasibility and present recommendations to senior leadership.

From AI discovery to an implementation plan

IBM · Summer 2026. Built a roadmap and implementation plan to move AI opportunities from discovery toward execution. Prioritized use cases, assessed platform fit, and tied recommendations to a future-state operating model and measurable business opportunity.
